LATEST RELEASE:
"When People Assume the
Importance of Their Lives"
May 2016
The self-produced, DIY debut album from Mid-Michigan-based alternative rock trio Earl Grey that has been 8 years in the making. After several studio sessions, a stolen computer, and years of trying, Earl has finally compiled an album of "hipster-funk" tunes sure to simultaneously delight and terrify.
The album was released May 27, 2016, in Flint, Michigan. The special edition includes three bonus tracks and a limited edition release show poster.
The album was 100% self-produced and recorded over two sessions between the UM-Flint Theatre and the Lake House. While it is the first full studio release from Earl Grey, the band is now on an indefinite hiatus after more than 8 years of performing.
